The XW-JZ300 Electrolyte Diffusion Chamber is a specialized device tailored for advanced Li-ion Battery Research. Its primary function is to eliminate air from the electrolyte following injection into polymer Li-ion cells or cylindrical cells, as well as after the formation process for final sealing under vacuum conditions. Designed for user-friendly operation, this chamber is compatible with all battery types, with particular efficacy for soft pouch and cylindrical batteries. Its innovative vacuum control system features distinct phases, ensuring complete electrolyte saturation of the electrodes, thereby optimizing battery charge-discharge performance.
