The Battery Winding Machine is used for lithium cylinder battery precision winding for production line.
Product Features
- Laser cutting system: imported laser, quartz field mirror, rayum vibrator, the maximum spot is only 33um.
- The edge cutting is neat and uniform. The heat affected zone of the positive electrode is less than 100μm,
- The negative electrode is less than 150μm, and the negative electrode copper leakage is less than 50μm.
- Cutter mechanism: mechanical cam or electronic cam is used to achieve non-stop cutting and improve efficiency.
- Embossed roller: The embossed roller adopts new technology and has a service life of at least 12 months
- Protective glue: The latest rolling and pulling glue mechanism is used to ensure the versatility of the rubber plate. The detection adopts a line scan camera, which can simultaneously detect the spacing, position, shape and size.
- Vision: Image processing adopts a distributed acceleration algorithm, which is suitable for high-speed winding. The sub-pixel algorithm is used, which is more accurate than traditional detection; it has deformity correction and trapezoidal correction functions to ensure image quality and deep learning functions.
