Products Description
This machine is specifically designed for the final vacuum sealing and edge cutting of lithium polymer batteries. It features a three-station rotary cam drive system with a self-locking mechanism for enhanced stability. The turntable is constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring durability and longevity.
The machine allows for the presetting of temperature, extraction time, and sealing time, providing precise control over the process. It includes independent temperature control for both the upper and lower heads, along with low and high-temperature alarm functions to ensure safety and accuracy. The air pressure of the head cylinder is adjustable and can be displayed for monitoring.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with an output statistics function, offering both manual and automatic running modes, as well as a fault alarm system for immediate issue detection. It utilizes a programmable logic controller (PLC) for automated control and features a user-friendly touch screen interface for easy operation and setup.
