Products Description
Application Methods of Semiconductor Power Tester Resistivity (Model ST-2722-SZ)
The ST-2722-SZ model can measure the resistivity of virtually any semiconductor powder material without specific material limitations. The only requirement is that the sample’s resistivity falls within the instrument’s measurable range.
Measurement Range and Resolution
Resistivity Measurement Range:
15.0 × 10⁻⁶ Ω·cm to 200.0 × 10³ Ω·cm
Resolution:
1.5 × 10⁻⁶ Ω·cm to 0.1 × 10³ Ω·cm (for the range 1.0 × 10⁻⁶ to 200.0 × 10¹ Ω·cm)
0.1 × 10⁻⁶ Ω·cm to 0.1 × 10¹ Ω·cm
Powder Sample Requirements
Applicable Powders: All types of powder materials can be measured.
