The material used for this pole piece is: graphite (ordinary type), and the electrolyte used during the test is: graphite buckle electrolyte;
The pole piece needs to be rolled (compacting is recommended to be rolled according to the minimum parameter of the corresponding electrode compaction range), the electrode baking condition is 105℃ for 4h, and it is left to stand for 8h after injection. The positive electrode needs to be cut off at a constant voltage of 0.02C after constant current charging, and the buckle sealing pressure is 1300psi.
Crease: The single-sided pole piece is easy to roll after rolling, and flattening and packaging may cause creases.
First charge and discharge test conditions: temperature 25℃, 0.1C/0.09C/0.08C/0.07C/0.06C/0.05C/0.04C/0.03C/0.02C/0.01C stage constant current discharge 0.005V, 0.1C constant current charge to 2.0V.
Rate test conditions: temperature 25℃, 1C/0.9C/0.8C/0.7C/0.6C/0.5C/0.4C/0. 3C/0.2C/0.1C stage constant current discharge to 0.005V, 0.1C/0.2C/0.5C/1C/2C/3C constant current charge to 2.0V.
Cycling test conditions: temperature 25℃, 1C/0.9C/0.8C/0.7C/0.6C/0.5C/0.4C/0.3C/0.2C/0.1C stage constant current discharge to 0.005V, 0.5C constant current charge to 2.0V.
