The XW-D-RY400 heat press machine is primarily designed for hot pressing battery cells after the winding process, facilitating their insertion into pouches or shells.
This hot press shaping machine applies pressure and heat to battery cells on a template post-winding, effectively reducing their thickness and finalizing their design. This process not only minimizes the risk of short circuits within the battery core but also ensures uniformity in the thickness of the finished batteries.
Featuring a straightforward structure and user-friendly operation, the machine operates as follows: After powering on the equipment and setting the desired temperature, it automatically heats up. Once the target temperature is reached, manually place the battery cell or other materials onto the lower plate. Set the pressing time and pressure, then press the start button twice to initiate the automatic descent of the upper plate. Upon reaching the set time, the upper plate automatically retracts, allowing for the removal of the processed cell or materials.
