The molybdenum vacuum belt furnace is extensively utilized in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, and scientific research institutions for preliminary experiments, vacuum welding, sintering of titanium alloys, annealing of tantalum metals, cutter welding, vacuum annealing, and brazing. It is also compatible with various atmospheres such as reducing, inert, and mixed gases like hydrogen and nitrogen. The furnace is available in different models with rated temperatures of 500°C, 800°C, 900°C, 1100°C, and 1300°C.

The vacuum system incorporates specialized design technology, ensuring safe and convenient operation. It boasts excellent vacuum quality, high cleanliness, and an ultimate vacuum level of up to 6.67×10^-4 Pa. The system features superior tightness and prolonged vacuum retention, thanks to its unique sealing technology that maintains pressure over extended periods.
