The XW-GZK03-D1 high vacuum drying oven is specifically designed for drying lithium-ion battery cells and electrode materials.

In comparison to traditional ovens, this model offers several superior features, including stable performance, high vacuum levels, reduced baking time, excellent dehydration and drying efficiency, and reliable pressure retention. It integrates a specialized high vacuum unit and a cooling system to create an independent baking unit, effectively replacing conventional ovens.

Working Principle:

The machine operates in a continuous cycle. The basic process involves opening the door to place the cell or electrode inside the oven, followed by setting the heating time, vacuum time, and nitrogen time. The system then automatically executes the heating and periodic ventilation processes based on the preset time parameters to ensure a thorough drying process.

Vacuum system
The vacuum system provided by the supplier is allowed to open up to three cavities at the same time for vacuum pumping. When the vacuum degree is reached, the branch valve can be automatically closed before the vacuum pumping of other branches can be started
