Products Description
It is used in the formation process of single-head out-tab pouch lithium-ion batteries. Clamping the cells by heating the aluminium plate and forming the cells by fast heat conduction. Clamping is done by pneumatic cylinders between the core and the platen. A single machine with 32 points, a set of fixtures with 8 layers, 4 cells in each layer. Maximum charge/discharge current 6A.
