Products Description
It is widely used in the production and scientific research and experimental testing of power battery packs such as automotive electronics, aerospace, shipbuilding, solar energy storage, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, backup power batteries, communication power supplies, etc.
Test Item:
- Open circuit voltage: Test the voltage between the positive and negative terminals of the battery in an open circuit.
- AC internal resistance: Test the resistance value at both ends of the battery discharge circuit.
- Discharge test: Test the continuous load carrying capacity of the battery, and allow the battery to continuously discharge for a certain time to test the voltage drop.
- Discharge overcurrent test: Test the battery’s high current discharge protection function, which triggers the battery protection board’s discharge overcurrent protection function.
- Short circuit protection: Test the battery disconnection protection time (microsecond level) when the positive and negative electrodes of the battery are shorted together.
- Charging test: Test the continuous charging function of the battery, and test whether the battery charging performance is good.
- Charge overcurrent test: test battery high current charge protection function,High-current charging of the battery triggers the charging current protection function of the battery protection board.
- Resistance R1/R2 test: Tests specific resistance on the battery, such as NTC, ID resistance, etc.

Software part:
Upper computer software: runs on the computer, coordinates and controls the entire test system, completes data collection and collation, and generates test reports. The test software system has independent intellectual property rights, the software system is fully functional, and determines the pass/fail of the test results according to the user-defined specifications; the test system saves all test result information locally in the form of Excel files.
Programmed mode: The device provides C++/C# dynamic libraries and supports secondary development. Customers can call dynamic libraries to operate the device’s test items to implement the customer’s customized test protection board test process, and can also operate the device laboratory mode to realize the calibration, comparison, and burning functions of the software protection board.
