The vacuum system of the atmosphere furnace incorporates advanced design technology, ensuring safe, user-friendly operation and exceptional vacuum performance. It achieves an ultimate vacuum level of up to 100Pa, with superior sealing capabilities and extended vacuum retention time. This versatile furnace can accommodate various atmosphere gases, including oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, with a maximum atmosphere pressure limit of 0.1MPa. The innovative water-cooled sealing technology at the furnace port guarantees long-lasting pressure maintenance, enhanced safety features, and effortless operation.

This advanced system incorporates high-temperature heating tubes as its core heating components, complemented by an innovative double-layer shell construction for enhanced thermal efficiency. The strategically positioned controller, integrated into the furnace door’s side panel, provides versatile functionality to accommodate diverse rapid sintering applications.
At the heart of its operation lies a sophisticated microcomputer PID controller, delivering user-friendly operation coupled with precise, dependable, and secure temperature regulation. The furnace’s interior chamber is constructed from premium 310S high-temperature resistant steel, employing state-of-the-art vacuum welding techniques to guarantee a pristine, contaminant-free environment.
Engineered for sustained performance, the system boasts remarkable durability and extended operational lifespan. Its superior door sealing mechanism significantly reduces thermal energy loss while optimizing temperature distribution throughout the chamber, ensuring consistent and efficient heat treatment processes.
Multi-segment Programmable Controller:
Microcomputer programming controls temperature, time, heating rates, and other parameters, enabling rapid sintering tests to be conducted efficiently.
 Programmable controller with a 31-segment temperature control system, incorporating phase-shifting trigger and silicon-controlled rectification.
Employs microprocessor P.I.D. control mode with multi-segment programmable control, truly realizing automatic control and operation.
Safety Features:
Equipped with an over-temperature protector, power-off function when the door is opened, a cooling fan on the cabinet surface, and an alarm system for abnormal conditions in the resistance furnace (including heater failure, temperature sensor malfunction, memory content abnormality, and over-temperature issues), providing audible and visual alerts to ensure safe and accident-free operation.
Incorporates various safety protection measures such as over-current, over-voltage, and over-heating to guarantee the safe use of the electric furnace.
Ceramic fiber board is chosen as the thermal insulation material, offering excellent insulation properties and low surface temperature on the cabinet shell.
