It has an over-temperature protector, power-off when opening the door, a cooling fan on the surface of the box, and an abnormal alarm function for the resistance furnace (① heater failure, ② temperature sensor failure, ③ memory content abnormality, ④ over-temperature abnormality), with sound and light alarms to ensure the safe operation of the resistance furnace and prevent accidents.
It is equipped with various safety protection measures such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheating to ensure the safe use of the electric furnace.
Ceramic fiber board is selected as the thermal insulation material, which has good thermal insulation effect and low surface temperature of the box.
