This furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and energy conservation. It is a special and ideal equipment developed for high-temperature sintering, high-temperature annealing, melting, and analysis in universities, research institutions, and industrial and mining enterprises.

Product Features:

Utilizes high-quality 1900-type silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, adopting a double-layer shell structure.
The controller is installed below the furnace door to conserve space and meet various rapid sintering requirements.
Features a microcomputer PID controller for easy operation, precise temperature control, reliability, and safety.
The furnace chamber is constructed with a tiled alumina polycrystalline fiber material to ensure durability and longevity.
Excellent door sealing minimizes heat loss and enhances temperature uniformity within the chamber.
A forced air cooling system is equipped between the double-layer furnace shells for rapid temperature rise and fall.
Multi-stage Programmable Controller:

Utilizes a microcomputer to program and control temperature, time, and heating rates for various sintering experiments at rapid speeds. Features a programmable controller with a 31-stage temperature control system, phase-shift triggering, and thyristor control.
Implements micro-processing P.I.D. control method with multi-stage programmable control for true automation and operation.
Safety Features:

Equipped with an over-temperature protector, door opening power-off, surface cooling fan, and resistance furnace alarm functions (① heater failure, ② temperature sensor failure, ③ memory content abnormality, ④ over-temperature abnormality) with audible and visual alarms to alert operators and ensure safe operation of the resistance furnace.
Multiple safety protection measures including over-current, over-voltage, and over-heating are implemented to ensure safe use of the furnace.
Ceramic fiber board is selected as the thermal insulation material, providing excellent insulation and low surface temperature of the box shell.
