Karl Fischer Coulometry for Cathode Electrode Moisture Measure

Abstract The electrode sheet is a critical component of a finished lithium battery, typically classified into cathode and anode electrode sheets. In this experiment, the XW-AKF-CH6 all-in-one machine is used to measure the moisture content of the cathode electrode sample.
Experimental conditions: ambient temperature 25 ℃; ambient humidity ≤30%.
Sample Cathode electrode
Measure method 1.Power on the XW-AKF-CH6 moisture tester and add an appropriate amount of Karl Fischer reagent to the titration tank, ensuring the liquid level remains between the maximum and minimum scale marks.
2.Before opening the nitrogen cylinder, set and adjust the airflow and temperature as required.
3.Wait for the instrument to complete the blank electrolysis balance test.
4.For sample testing, place an appropriate amount of the sample into the sample bottle, position it on the heating tank, connect the heating tracing tube, click “Start Measurement,” then load the sample, input the relevant parameters, and wait for the test results.
