The XW-TBJ-200 Lab Coating Machine is a compact, roll-to-roll continuous coater specifically designed for battery electrode sheet production in research laboratories. This versatile system combines multiple essential functions, including reeling in/out mechanisms, slurry feeding, coating blade application, baking oven drying, and final electrode winding, all in one integrated unit.
With its compact design, the machine is capable of automatically coating electrode sheets measuring up to 180mm in width and 500 meters in length. It is particularly suitable for processing various battery materials, including LFP, LCO, LMO, and NCM systems, for both cathode and anode electrode production.
The machine’s mobility is enhanced by its four-directional wheels at the base, allowing for easy relocation within laboratory settings. This feature, combined with its comprehensive functionality, makes it an ideal solution for battery research and development applications requiring continuous coating processes.
