The XW-PM-M12-350 lab melt spinning machine is a specialized equipment engineered for the unique properties of chemical and carbon fibers. It is capable of facilitating the spinning and shaping processes for a variety of materials, including chemical fibers, pitch-based, coal-based, and other modified substances.

Working Principle

This melt spinning machine adopts a three-stage brass heating jacket for uniform heating, so that the spinning material is evenly heated and melted. Using compressed gas to precisely adjust the pressure to control the extrusion flow rate of the material, the melt passes through the spinneret assembly and the spinneret, and is extruded into filaments from the spinneret in a quantitative and uniform manner. After the slow cooling system, long fibers are formed under the drafting action of the take-up roller, and the fiber diameter can be as thin as 10um or less.

9. The overall spinning process can be realized without personnel care, reducing the labor force of operators.
