 Products Description 

The XW-ADCM-300 is an advanced automatic electrode die-cutting machine specifically designed for precision cutting of both cathode and anode electrode sheets in battery production and research applications. This sophisticated system integrates multiple automated components, including an automatic unwinding mechanism, a precision correction unit, an electrode positioning system, and a high-accuracy punching and cutting device. The machine is further equipped with a driving traction system for consistent material handling and an automatic waste collection mechanism for efficient operation. These integrated subsystems work in concert to provide a comprehensive solution for electrode sheet processing in modern battery manufacturing environments.

Main Component Composition:

*Discharging device: adopts the structure of air-rising shaft, air-rising shaft with positioning scale; adopts servo torque electrode automatic unwinding.

*Electrode limiting component: adopts guiding plate limiting guiding wheel to limit the electrode, to ensure that the electrode conveying does not deviate.

*Driving component: adopts stepping motor to control the traction automatically, and can set any electrode length for traction.

*Punching Component: The traction knife mould is punched up and down, and the knife mould pallet adopts modular mechanism, which is convenient for loading, unloading and adjusting.

*Conveyor Belt Adjustment Component: The conveyor belt is circulated through a number of over-plating rods to limit the over-plating of the conveyor belt.

*Protection device: Aluminium profile frame with Plexiglas plate protective cover is installed, and the die-cutting part is installed with protection of optical fibre.
