The XW-XT-200CA is a laboratory-grade automatic film coating machine designed for precision coating applications. It features a glass bed as the coating plate and utilizes a high-precision wire rod mechanism, offering a wide coating range suitable for various research and production needs. This versatile machine is ideal for applications such as ceramic tape casting, crystal film development, specialized nanometer film research, and Li-Ion battery electrode coating.
Equipped with precision extrusion-type coating measuring rods, the XW-XT-200CA can achieve ultra-thin film coatings with thicknesses as low as 1.5 µm. Its adaptability also makes it suitable for paper printing, film production, and adhesive tape manufacturing.
It is important to note that the XW-XT-200CA model does not include a built-in heating function. However, a heating lid is available as an optional accessory for drying purposes. For applications requiring integrated heating capabilities, the XW-VFC-150 model is recommended as an alternative solution.
