Working Principle:
The spiral airflow crushing process utilizes high-speed airflow to propel materials into the grinding chamber, where they collide with each other in a tangential direction. The materials are fractured under the combined forces of shear and impact. Compressed gas is rapidly released through a Laval nozzle, creating a heat absorption effect that dissipates the heat generated during the crushing process. This enables low-temperature crushing, preserving the material’s properties.
