Features: good insulation, good dielectric material, high combustion support, low smoke, good chemical corrosion resistance (electrolyte resistance), good weather resistance, good mechanical high temperature resistance, solubility resistance, good ductility
Temperature: -65 to 230°C
Application range: high-power cylindrical lithium-ion batteries, square lithium-ion batteries, power lithium-ion batteries
Solution 2:
Material: pps
Features: high cost performance, good flame retardancy, good high and low temperature resistance, electrolyte resistance, good long-term creep resistance
Temperature: -40 to 200℃
Application range: high-power cylindrical lithium-ion batteries, square lithium-ion batteries, power lithium-ion batteries
Sealing ring/O-ring
Scheme 1
Material: EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber)
Features: good oxidation resistance, ozone resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, chemical resistance (tetrafluoroethylene phosphate, alcohol, acid, alkali, rhyme, vinegar, etc.), low water absorption, good elasticity, good insulation;
Using temperature: -40 to 120°C, short-term or intermittent use temperature 160-170°C
Application range: high-power cylindrical lithium-ion batteries, square lithium-ion batteries, power lithium-ion batteries
Scheme 2
Material: gas rubber
Features: excellent high and low temperature resistance (suitable for use in extremely cold weather), good chemical resistance, good insulation and sealing performance, combustion-supporting
Using temperature: -40 to 250℃ short-term or intermittent use temperature 300°C
Application range: high-power cylindrical lithium-ion batteries, square lithium-ion batteries, power lithium-ion batteries
Insulation ring
PFA or F46 material
Characteristics Good insulation, good dielectric material, high combustion support, low smoke, good chemical corrosion resistance, good weather resistance, good mechanical high temperature resistance, anti-solubility, good extension.
Use: supercapacitor insulation ring, electrical wire insulation material PFA special container, PFA filter, PFA lining.
Use temperature: -65 to 260℃
Use environment: suitable for supercapacitor/lithium battery electrolyte environment, with good aging resistance and insulation under high and low temperature changes.
Material: ETFE
Characteristics Good insulation, good dielectric material, high combustion support, low smoke, high temperature resistance, good chemical corrosion resistance, good weather resistance, good radiation resistance, high tensile strength, good adhesion to metal, good light transmittance.
Use: Good insulation, supercapacitor/battery insulation ring, container village, padded material, suitable for water, fuel, oil, acid and alkali environment.
Note: The insulation ring of supercapacitor/lithium battery is used with EPDM rubber.
Operating temperature: -65 to 150℃
Operating environment: suitable for supercapacitor/lithium battery oil electrolyte environment, with good aging resistance and insulation in high and low temperature changing environment.
O-ring
Material: EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer)
Material properties: good resistance to oxidation, odor, corrosion, aging, and chemical resistance (acetonitrile, ammonium tetrafluoroborate, lithium hexafluorophosphate, alcohol, acid, alkali, ketone, vinegar, etc.), low water absorption, good elasticity, and good insulation; poor stability in phenolic and aromatic solvents (such as gasoline, benzene, etc.) and mineral oil.
Material use Supercapacitor seals, battery seals, cables, wires, seals in high-temperature water vapor environments.
Use temperature: -40 to 120℃, short-term or intermittent use temperature 160-170℃
Use environment: Applicable to supercapacitor/lithium battery electrolyte environment, with good aging resistance and small compression permanent deformation in high and low temperature changes.
