At present, the monitoring method for slurry only includes viscosity parameters, which cannot accurately evaluate the uniformity and stability of its electrical properties. And the conductivity parameters of the slurry are related to the slurry formula, types and contents of conductive agents, and binders
The type and content of the slurry have obvious correlation with the monitoring of the slurry production, and the slurry may appear gel precipitation after mixing and standing for a period of time, at which time the conductivity value will also change to varying degrees. Therefore, the conductivity of the slurry can be used as a method to characterize the uniformity and stability of the electrical properties of the slurry.

Principle of Mud Resistance Testing
