Products Description
Lithium iron phosphate material electrode:
Instructions:
Due to being single-sided electrode sheets, there may be curling after rolling. Therefore, the shipped rolled electrode sheets are controlled to ensure that they do not curl.
Rolling can increase the compactness of the electrode sheet, improve its electronic conductivity, and enhance adhesion.
- The electrode sheets should be rolled before use. Customers need to arrange rolling for electrode sheets that have not been rolled before purchase.
- The surface density should be determined based on actual weighing results.
- Before placing them in the glovebox, the punched electrode sheets need to be vacuum-baked at 105°C for 4 hours.
- These electrode sheets can be matched with our graphite negative electrode sheets.
- The coating surface density does not include the current collector.
- Theoretical specific capacity (mAh/cm2) = Coating surface density (mg/cm2) * Active material ratio * Specific capacity (mAh/g) ÷ 1000.
- Theoretical quantity of active material (mg) = Coating surface density (mg/cm2) * Active material ratio * Area of the small circular sheet (cm2).
- Actual weighing calculates the quantity of active material (mg) = (Weight of the small circular sheet in mg – Surface density of the current collector in mg/cm2 * Area of the small circular sheet in cm2) * Active material ratio. When calculating specific capacity, use the actual weighed quantity of active material. Since the coating surface density has tolerance, the actual weighed value is used.
