1. Feeding mechanism | |||
– Manual feeding mode, manual aluminum discharge shell and manual discharge core. | |||
– A positioning mechanism is arranged at the place where the cell is placed. | |||
– The aluminum shell shall not be damaged or scratched during operation. |
2. Shell Entry and Transplanting Mechanism | |||
– The positioning cell roller is pressed by the soft rubber roller to position the cell; | |||
– The aluminum shell positioning and transplanting mechanism adopts the module to move the positioning position, and the mobile data can be adjusted on the touch screen; | |||
– Before entering the shell, there is a shell suction mechanism to expand the mouth of the aluminum shell to facilitate entering the shell | |||
– If the cell is not in place, it can be pressed into the shell manually by pressing the shell handle |
