1.Equipment functions
1.1 Basic functions:
This equipment is a manual OCV test and data binding equipment. The product is used for pouch cell lithium-ion prismatic battery cells, and its voltage and internal resistance data can be sorted by the software of the upper computer.
1.2 Equipment features
1.2.1This equipment is accompanied by a computer system, tester, test equipment, and software system.
1.3 Function description
1.3.1Battery cell feeding: manually place the battery on top of the fixture.
1.3.2Working principle: start the tester through the light curtain; the tester will upload the data to the software system when it is finished, and the voice will broadcast the grades(the voice can be shielded).
1.3.3Battery cell blanking: manually put the finished products into the corresponding gear blister tray to complete the sorting test.
