 Products Description 

This coating head adopts the coating method of extruding the slit-extruded coating onto the base plant and applying small micro-concave coating, which can be selected according to the purpose.

The coating thickness is extruded from the lip end through a slit and the coating amount is adjusted with a scraper to form a coating between the dimpled coating and the substrate.

Product Features

  • The T-shaped die head of the main machine adopts a special design of double throttling. The special steel is quenched and tempered, heat treated and ground, and the inner surface is polished and then mirror electroplated. The drooling film has high uniformity, two-way adjustment mode and easy operation;
