Nickel wire mesh(nickel wire cloth) is mostly used as filter media and fuel cell electrode. They are woven with high quality nickel wire(purity > 99.5 or purity > 99.9 depending on customer requirement). These products are made of high quality, high purity nickel materials.

Nickel woven wire mesh features excellent corrosion, acid and alkali resistance, high electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and ductility, heat resistance, wear resistance.It is widely used in mining, oil and gas, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, machine,building and construction, electronics and battery production.

Physical properties of nickel relevant to nickel mesh:
* Tensile Strength: Typically ranges from 140 MPa to 740 MPa.
* Elongation: Exhibits ductility with an elongation at break of 30% to 45%.
* Melting Point: High, around 1,455°C (2,651°F).
* Density: Approximately 8.9 g/cm³.
* Thermal Conductivity: Approximately 90 W/(m·K).
* Electrical Conductivity: Approximately 14.3 × 10^6 S/m.
* Corrosion Resistance: Excellent, especially in alkaline and reducing environments.
These properties collectively contribute to nickel mesh’s suitability for applications requiring strength, ductility, high
temperature resistance, conductivity, and corrosion resistance.
