Products Description
High nickel materials have high alkalinity and need to pay attention to storage conditions to prevent irreversible capacity loss of the materials.
High nickel materials have high requirements for the manufacturing environment and need to strictly control the humidity of the entire production environment.
The stability of high nickel material slurry is worse than that of conventional ternary materials, and the formulation needs to be optimized. The recommended formulation is 811: SP: PVDF (specific for high nickel products) = 90:5:5. The electrode sheet should be rolled before testing, and compacted with a density of 2.5g/cm3 or above is recommended.
NCM811 high nickel material is one of the cathode materials that can achieve the goal of high energy density of 300Wh/kg.

Advantage:
- Ternary high nickel material NCM811, monocrystalline structure, suitable for high voltage applications of 4.25~4.35V, with advantages of high specific capacity, high initial efficiency, and high energy density, as well as stable structure, high temperature, and cycling performance.
- Commercially produced in large quantities with good quality and stable performance.
- Applied in electric tools, electric vehicles, and other products.
- Suitable for research on pouch and prismatic cells.
- Due to the use of abundant and inexpensive manganese and nickel instead of scarce and expensive cobalt in this material, the cost of the material will be significantly reduced compared to lithium cobalt oxide.
Storage:
Storage conditions: Store under normal temperature and vacuum sealing.
Shelf life: 1 year from the production date.
