Products Description
The system is designed to maintain water and oxygen content below 0.1 PPM and a leakage rate of less than 0.001% vol/h. It operates using nitrogen, argon, and other inert gases as the working gases, while the regeneration gas consists of a mixture of inert gases and hydrogen (with hydrogen content ranging from 5-10%).
The setup is a single-station, single-operation unit integrated with a single-column purification system. It features PLC touch screen controls for operation and monitoring, and includes a vacuum pump, bracket, and a closed enclosure with a tilting operation surface and a detachable safety glass front window.
Under standard conditions—20°C constant temperature and standard atmospheric pressure—the system ensures the purity of inert gases at 99.999%, with water and oxygen levels consistently maintained below 0.1 PPM.
