The XW-PEC-400 battery pouch edge cutting machine is specifically designed for trimming the top and side edges of battery pouches after the forming process.
Equipment characteristic
Using cylinder punching method, the upper cutter is guided by the mold ball guide column, and the guiding precision is extremely high. Guarantee the zero gap between the upper and lower cutters and the service life.
The upper and lower cutters are made of high-speed steel with sharp blades.
The cutter action is controlled by a foot switch, and the trimming width can be adjusted by positioning the ribs, which is easy to operate. Put the battery into the positioning plate with one hand, and step on the foot switch to complete the trimming.
