 Products Description 

This all-in-one pouch cell secondary sealing and cutting machine is designed for the final vacuum sealing and trimming of the airbag in small to medium-sized pouch cells, following the electrolyte filling and formation processes.

Main features:
The upper and lower cutters are processed by high-speed steel, with high hardness and good wear resistance. The service life of grinding is more than 100000 times, and it can be grinded for 10 times.

The cutter function can be turned on or off on the touch screen.

There are special waste boxes at the bottom of the rack to collect waste materials.

Equipment introduction (including action flow or process flow)

This machine is suitable for vacuum sealing and cutting of pouch cells. The machine is a rotary table type three station rotation structure, and the three stations enter the vacuum sealing and edge cutting stations in turn. The battery clamping does not affect the efficiency of the equipment.

After the cell is put into the feeding port on the rotary table, press the start button, the rotary table rotates 120 degrees, the first station is the working area for vacuum and sealing, the vacuum chamber is closed, and the vacuum pump starts to vacuumize. When the vacuum degree in the vacuum chamber reaches a lower setting value, the bayonet acts to puncture the air bag, so as to avoid contact with air inside the cell. After the vacuum degree in the vacuum chamber reaches the limit vacuum degree, the upper sealing head acts to complete the sealing. The second station is the cutting station. The upper cylinder drives the upper cutter and the lower cylinder drives the lower cutter for cutting. It works in such a cycle.
