  1. The XW-SFZ-200 Battery Heat Sealing Machine is a compact device designed for heat sealing aluminum-laminated films during the preparation of pouch cells, specifically polymer lithium-ion cells.
  2. This battery heat sealing machine features a soft sealing bar, constructed with a copper base and an aluminum top layer complemented by a silicone rubber piece. This versatile design allows it to perform both top and side sealing on pouch cells effectively.
  3. The machine is capable of preparing pouch cells for electrolyte injection by securely sealing the sides and top of the pouch cells, including the tab area.
