The XW-JK-200 battery pouch vacuum sealing machine is primarily designed for sealing aluminum-laminated cases in glove boxes. This process occurs either after electrolyte injection into pouch Li-ion cells or during the final sealing stage of polymer Li-ion cell formation.
The machine features a modular design with separate components: a sealing unit and a control box. This configuration allows the sealing unit to be operated within the glove box for pre-sealing applications.
For final sealing operations, the machine is suitable for laboratory use or small-scale production. However, for larger production lines, we recommend specialized vacuum sealing systems:
- The XW-SVS system (simple vacuum sealing machine)
- The XW-TVS system (turntable type vacuum sealing machine)
These alternatives are specifically optimized for final pouch sealing in high-volume production environments.
