 Products Description 

This advanced battery separator coating machine is specifically designed for high-precision coating applications in lithium-ion battery separator production. The system comprises five major functional sections: an unwinding unit, a precision coating head assembly, a thermal drying oven, a tension-controlled traction and winding unit, and a sophisticated electronic control system. The machine’s primary function is to uniformly apply precisely mixed slurry onto the substrate material, maintaining strict control over coating dimensions and weight within specified process parameters. Following the drying process, the coated separator is precisely wound, creating a high-quality intermediate product ready for subsequent manufacturing stages in the battery production process.
