The XW-JS400-2 battery electrode coating machine is specifically designed for the precise application of cathode and anode electrode coatings in lithium-ion batteries. Comprising several key components—unwinding section, coating head, drying oven, traction mechanism, winding section, and electrical control system—it ensures uniform distribution of the prepared slurry onto the substrate. This process guarantees that critical parameters such as coating dimensions and weight adhere strictly to specified process tolerances. Following the drying phase, the coated substrate is neatly wound, ready for the next stage in the production sequence.
