- This Roller Ultrasonic Welding Machine is an automated system designed for ultrasonic welding of lithium battery cathode electrode aluminum foil and battery tabs.
- The operational process is as follows: After electrode slitting, the roll electrode is placed on the unreel axle, followed by automatic battery tab feeding, ultrasonic welding, automatic adhesive application, powder sweeping, and finally automatic reeling.
