This is a dual-function machine that combines bottom welding and grooving capabilities, with the option to operate each function independently. It is an integrated system specifically designed for welding the base of cylindrical batteries and creating grooves at the opening of steel cans.
The machine is compatible with various cylindrical cell formats, including 18650, 21700, 26650, and 32650, through the use of interchangeable dies.
(1) When the battery is fed, the feeding cylinder pushes the battery to the spot welding position, and the discharge cylinder discharges the material after the spot welding is completed.
