Products Description

This OCV battery sorting machine is specifically designed for pouch cells. It operates by scanning the QR code on each battery cell, thereby binding its voltage and internal resistance data. The machine includes a coding function, which can be deactivated if necessary. It is equipped with advanced features such as automatically identifying and segregating cells with poor K values in V2 and those with poor scan quality (compatible with both V1 and V2 tests, with a one-click switch function). Additionally, it supports data binding and seamless uploading to the MES system, ensuring it meets the demands of diverse operational scenarios.
