1.Equipment introduction
This machine is suitable for polymer pouch cell top and side sealing process.
1.1. Equipment function and principle
The equipment is a single-station top-sealing/side-sealing machine, manual loading, the battery is placed on the champer, the pressure plate is manually lifted to press the battery, and the battery is manually sent to the sealing station. After the clamper is in place, the cylinder controls the clamper to sink, Server drive the upper seal to press down to complete the sealing; manually pull the clamp back to the original position and manually loosen the clamp pressure plate to take out the battery and put in the next battery; repeat the operation.
1.2. Featured function introduction
This machine can be set through the touch screen: pressure, temperature, packaging time and other data, and can upload the data to the U disk through the USB port on the panel;It can more accurately give the most suitable pressure, temperature and sealing time for the aluminum-laminate film sealing.
