Products Description

The glove box system is equipped with an advanced organic solvent adsorption unit, capable of effectively absorbing HF and minimizing electrolyte-induced damage to internal components. It features a Closed Loop Gas Circulation system that continuously purifies and recirculates inert gas through a blower and purification system, ensuring persistent removal of H2O and O2.

An Auto Purging function allows for the automatic replacement of the internal atmosphere via controlled purging valves. Additionally, the system includes an Automatic Regeneration feature for the H2O and O2 removal materials, with a programmable regeneration process for optimal efficiency.

Pressure within the glove box is precisely managed by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), maintaining a set working pressure between +10mbar and -10mbar. The system is designed with automatic protection, activating if pressures exceed +/-12mbar.

Furthermore, the system incorporates an Automatic Vacuum Pump Control, which activates the vacuum pump as needed and shuts it down after a designated idle period to conserve energy and maintain system integrity.
