Feature of the Solid Content Tester
- Fast uniform halogen lamp heater with ring.
Using a circular halogen heating lamp and a radiator to shorten the measurement time, forming a fast and uniform detection environment temperature. After preheating, it takes less than one minute to reach 50-180 degrees Celsius, while the detection of ordinary materials only takes a few minutes to obtain accurate measurement results.
- High accuracy
The use of fast and sensitive imported HMB sensors enables accurate moisture content measurement of a small amount of samples even during high-precision weighing.
- Storage function
According to different samples, the measurement program can be stored and called up at most, which not only saves time but also allows users to avoid errors during setting. For the measurement results, a maximum of 15 sets of data can be stored and output at a time.
- Standard RS-232 interface
Equipped with a standard serial interface, it can be directly connected to scales and printers.
- Clear large screen LCD display
The percentage displays the moisture content, and during measurement, the real-time percentage displays the drying allowance.
