- The XW-SFZ-200-S Battery Heat Sealing Machine is a compact device designed for sealing aluminum-laminated films in the preparation of pouch cells, specifically polymer Li-Ion cells.
- This machine features a soft sealing bar, constructed with a copper base and an aluminum top layered with silicone rubber. This versatile design allows it to perform both top and side sealing on pouch cells effectively.
- It facilitates the preparation of pouch cells for electrolyte injection by securely sealing the sides and top of the cell, including areas with tabs.
- With a design that separates the controller from the working device, the machine boasts a compact sealing component. This makes it ideally suited for operations within a glove box environment, especially when handling pure lithium.
