It is suitable for processes such as powder roasting, ceramic sintering, high-temperature experiments, material treatment, high-temperature atmosphere sintering, ceramic glue discharge, flue gas treatment, annealing, and sintering.

The furnace features silicon molybdenum rods as the heating element and employs a double-layer shell structure. It is equipped with a 31-section programmable temperature control system, phase-shifting trigger, and silicon-controlled regulation. The furnace is constructed with alumina ceramic fiber and vacuum-formed fiber light board materials, utilizing a double-chamber design. Key advantages include a balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, rapid heating and cooling rates, and energy efficiency.

Incorporating internationally advanced technology, the furnace is a self-developed, high-performance, and energy-efficient model. Its double-layer structure, made of energy-saving ceramic fiber materials, ensures the external temperature remains at ambient levels while maintaining uniform temperature distribution within the inner cavity.
