Turntable Battery Top and Side Sealing Machine for Pouch Cell Case

 Products Description 

Function: Sealing the top and side edges of square lithium pouch cell batteries.

Working Process:

1. Battery Placement: Place the battery into the battery tray.
2. Initiation: Press the left and right operation control buttons on the front of the operating table. This action triggers the machine to automatically transfer the battery from the turntable to the packaging position.
3. Heat Sealing: The machine performs a lower and upper heat seal action to seal the side of the battery. After a specified duration of holding pressure, the heat seals return to their original positions.
4. Battery Replacement: As the next battery is transferred into position, the previously sealed battery is removed from the machine.

Safety and Control Features:

• Automatic Detection: If no battery is placed in the tray, the corresponding upper and lower heat seals will not activate.
• User Interface: The machine features a touch screen display for easy operation and monitoring.
• Control System: It is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), allowing for precise adjustments to the top and side sealing pressure as well as the cylinder stroke.
• Safety Measures: Equipped with safety grating, the machine is designed to automatically reset and stop operations if any obstruction (like a body part) is detected within the working area, ensuring safety and reliability.

This process ensures efficient and safe sealing of lithium pouch cell batteries, with adjustable settings to accommodate different specifications and safety features to protect operators.
