Overview: This turntable-style vacuum sealer machine is specifically designed for the final vacuum sealing of medium-sized pouch cells following the lithium battery formation process.
Operation Process: The feed turntable is divided into two positions: sealing and loading/unloading. The process begins by placing the pouch cell on the loading/unloading position. Upon pressing the double-point button, the turntable rotates to the sealing position. The upper and lower chambers then close to form a sealed cavity, where vacuuming, puncturing, and hot press sealing are performed. Once completed, the turntable rotates again, and the sealed pouch cell is ejected.
Drive Mechanism: The machine utilizes a dual-working-position rotary cam drive system for precise and efficient operation.
Material Construction: The turntable and sealing cavity are constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring durability and longevity.
Customizable Settings: Users can preset key parameters such as temperature, extraction time, and sealing time to suit specific requirements.
Temperature Control: The upper and lower sealing heads feature independent temperature control, complemented by low and high-temperature alarm functions for enhanced safety and precision.
Vacuum Display: A digital vacuum degree display provides clear readings and allows for easy adjustment of settings.
Automation and Interface: The machine is equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC) for automated operation. The touchscreen interface enables user-friendly interaction, simplifying operation and configuration.
