Equipment Working Principle:
The transducer converts high-power ultrasonic frequency oscillation signals into mechanical energy of the corresponding frequency. This energy is then applied to the interface of the metal sheets that need to be fused. The instantaneous heating of the metal sheets activates the particles within the metal lattice, enabling the molecules in the sheets to interpenetrate and fuse together.

The metal welding machine primarily consists of an ultrasonic generator, transducer, mold, pneumatic components, and a frame.
