Products Description
The material dispersion instrument, commonly referred to as an ultrasonic disperser, ultrasonic cell crusher, or emulsification disperser, leverages the ultrasonic cavitation effect to effectively break down agglomerated particles. This device operates by placing the particle suspension (liquid) into an ultrasonic field and subjecting it to controlled ultrasonic amplitude and processing time. Given the natural tendency of powder particles to agglomerate, certain powders that resist dispersion in the medium may require the addition of a dispersant to achieve and maintain a stable dispersion state. Recently, this technology has gained significant attention for its exceptional performance in dispersing nanomaterials and disrupting cells, yielding impressive results.
