The XW-USW-24KHZ Ultrasonic Spot Welding Machine is a specialized ultrasonic metal welder primarily used for welding lithium-ion battery cathode electrode sheets, aluminum, and Al tabs onto current collectors. This machine is essential in both R&D laboratories and production lines for preparing Li-Ion pouch cells. Additionally, it is capable of welding Ni tabs to prismatic aluminum shell batteries, making it versatile for both aluminum shell welding and finished battery tab welding applications.
