The XW-VS-X50A is an ultrasonic welding device specifically designed for welding cylindrical battery caps, including 18650 and 21700 models. It is suitable for use in glove box environments.

1.Equipment structure composition
The metal spot welding machine is mainly composed of ultrasonic generator, transducer, upper and lower sound pole, pneumatic parts, frame, etc..
2. The circuit mode selects full-bridge high-power mode, with stable performance and strong output.
3.The material of upper and lower sound pole is made of new alloy material with good wear resistance.
