It is mainly used for Z-shaped stacking assembly of positive and negative electrodes and separators of lithium batteries. Manual stacking, subsequent electrode position correction and stacking process are completed automatically, with high stacking efficiency and high stacking accuracy. Different sizes can be achieved by adjusting the fixture, which is very suitable for the research and development and sample production of stacked lithium-ion batteries. The device has a desktop structure design and can be placed in a glove box for use; the device adopts a single cantilever structure design, and the coiled material separator is automatically controlled by constant tension.
