 Products Description 

The battery stacking machine is designed for the lithium power battery stacking process, utilizing a Z-stacking method. The separator is dispensed by a motor, passing through tension and correction mechanisms before reaching the stacking plate. A manipulator mechanism moves laterally, using chuck mechanisms to retrieve electrodes from the material box. After secondary positioning on a platform, the electrodes are placed onto the stacking plate. Simultaneously, the separator is driven to move left and right. The lamination table is equipped with four sets of pressing knife mechanisms to apply crosswise pressure on the electrodes. Once lamination is complete, the separator is cut, and the cell is removed via a transfer structure. Manual taping and cell retrieval are then performed, while the automatic stacking process for the next cell begins concurrently.

Features

1. Presser buffer mechanism: before presser exit, micro lift away from the electrode to prevent pulling the electrode.

2. Separator auto unwinding, tension control, deviation correction, effectively ensure the precision of separator alignment.

3. Through the precise positioning of the electrode, the position accuracy of the electrode during stacking can be guaranteed effectively.

4. A variety of measures to effectively control the phenomenon of material leakage: material box blowing mechanism, sorting brush, external sucker manipulator shake.

5. The material box and the secondary positioning are equipped with effective dust collection mechanism.
